Can you upgrade my duo 2 box to play 4K movies or do I have to buy a new one ????

You will need a 4k box and 4k tv to view 4k content

Yeah got a 4K tv and a duo2 box but was wondering if there was an add on for the box or is it a totally new box ?

You need a 4k box, it's not a plugin or add-on
Not that it makes any difference as there's no 4k content anywhere anyway
CS isn't capable and iptv isn't reliable enough

Well how come I have 4K content in my vod section only get sound and no pic ?

You can pay for a 4k box and a 4k TV and then you'll find that the 4k content is no better than HD
