radio code for renault espace o5

hi i just bought a renault espace 05 radio needs code to work i cant get the model number for the radio as it is built in to the dash and code i believe is on the back of it plzzzzzz help :(

you need to remove the radio and post all info from sticker or stamped on metal casing
without this info your chances of getting code are zilch
