I'm about to purchase a machine off a good friend of mine. He's asking $900 CAD for it. An expert advised him that he shouldn't take anything under $1000 CAD. He's offering me a deal on account of our relationship. I wanted to ask some experts if it's worth it.
Anyways, here are the specs.
Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.67GHz Bloomfield 45nm Technology (I feel like this might need replacing but I'm not too sure)

What do you guys think? I'm using it for playing some games but mostly Dota 2, and probably a little video/photo editing. I'm also sick of mac. :)
