Hi I have reflashed my Zgemma h1 box because the channels were just blank I've updated everything and still no channels working there is a padlock on the screen with the channels can anyone help thanks.

Have you re-entred your line details and restarted your Cam?

have you also checked with your line provider to see if his server was down , that would stop your channels clearing and has your line expired ,it might need renewing !!

Hi thanks for the reply I put the details starting with CWS in the my mgcam folder in keys should I have a line in cccam?

CWS line fine for mgcam. Have you got your mg_cfg file in your keys folder as well. Make sure you press blue button and start your cam and activate autostart.
