Looking for a line for kryptview hd box with new firmware nline any chance of test line first & a little bit of guidance setting up! Cheers

I would like whatever it takes to get my Kryptview Phoenix A850 up and running again. I have not managed to do an update yet. I use cable so not sure whether I need a C line or an N line. Could you please help me
