Recording = A Black Screen

Hello All,

Just got my H2s all set up and thought i would test the recording out.

When I record a channel from the EPG and then go to said channel the screen is black, I can stop the recording. Then when I go to the planner to watch the recording I can see that it is on the list but cannot be viewed.


Any Ideas from the info above.

Is your line active? It will show in TV guide, and record at time you say, but if the channel isn't clearing then it will be blacl

Thanks for the reply, Line is active I presume as I am able to watch whatever channel I want. Its just when I record said channel goes black.
 
Soon as I record it either blocks all other channels or blocks the one im recording. How do i test tuners.....Thanks.

Just plugged Sky box in and Im receiving zero Signal quality or strength on input 2
 
Is tuner two set to simple in config or is it set up for a different satellite

Same problem here.

Done all i could RE settings, Swapping cables, changing drivers, flashing vix, open atv from scratch .

Nothing worked.

The tuners in these things are shit and most likley your box has a faulty tuner.

I sent mine back got a refund and bought from another supplier and all was good.

Must be a big batch of them that are bad as this comes up everyday on the net.
