recording on h2s question not HDD related

hi guy's my h2s records perfect i have no issue's with recording, i was wondering is there anyway or the box showing that something is on record like a red led or anything?

The only thing it shows is a little record symbol on the info bar or the epg guide if it's open while recording something.

You can also set it to show a message on screen saying that a recording has been started, but there's nothing on the front panel I think.

thats a shame it would be nice to have a red led or something on the front panel as an idicator

It will do that on more up market boxes, but you will need to pay more

Yea but doesn't work for h2s

well there was and it didn't work a while ago

as above i changed that setting in the recording settings but it still didnt do anything
