Seem to have forgotten parental control code on zgemma h.2s.

Is there a file I can FTP and reset or know the password.

Thanks i am a novice at this and i dont even know where to look for this information. I have accidently set a password attempting to clear it. Can you tell me where or how i can get step by step instructions?
