Most supermarkets in Northern Europe have recycling for cans and bottles,
Something like 10p - 40p depending on size and type ,
I don't understand why the UK and Ireland ever moved away from deposit bottles,

Watching the homeless in USA pushing shopping cart around with all those cans and getting hit by a car and trolley and cans everywhere OMG.

Also seen last day or so at long last soft plastics as in bags wrappers, covering when clean can also be put into dry recyclable bin as that is a game changer as now they can recycle.

Reminds me of the good old days when I was a lad lugging my big bag of ginger bottles into the sweet shop, I used to make a fortune going round the tattie fields at this time of the year.
Any sort of scheme like this is good to see. (y)

At work we are producing recycling pots for Tesco. You buy the mugshot pot for £1.80 and receive £1 when you bring the pot back.

I'm not sure when it's officially released or if it will be cash or voucher but I'm tempted to take a box of them to trade in lol
