Don’t know about older versions as the colour theme’s did change slightly but there are quite a few different colour themes you can change to.
Just have a play.
Mine is indigo and yellow.

Go into settings - Appearance - Background colour - select Indigo

I think the yellow selection bar was added on version 5.01 as white was the only colour you could have before.
I prefer the yellow.
I don’t have access to my device as I am away and can’t remember if it’s called gold or yellow.
I changed it months ago.

Ok I have found it in settings background colour is indigo now, but in the selection colour I can’t see gold so it must be yellow.

Yeah must be as I couldn’t remember and don’t have access to my device.
But looks gold on the image that I screenshot.

My Tivimate is latest version 5.0.4 and the Screenshot is from my LG Tv.
HDR HLG was activated because when I took the screenshot I was watching Sky UHD main event channel.
So in SDR it won’t look as bright.
