Remote Delay

After pressing the power button to bring my H2S out of standby the remote then wont work with the box for about 60 seconds it then works perfectly is this normal.

would think not,would have thought once picture on screen you can change/search etc or is running an epg update?

I have this same problem at the moment, since loading latest updates...sorry I haven't found a reason or solution
