I’m after some help please. I had a new battery fitted and attempted to input the radio code stated in my service booklet which just gives me ‘code error’. I’ve spoken with Renault customer services and they told me the code could have already been used and to get the serial number off my radio. I’ve got the serial number can anyone help as to how I get my radio code now please?
