Looking for a preferably Irish server with *working* Clubber channels.

Must have Australian & NZ sports channels as well, ideally with the Kayo 4K channel too.

I'm looking for a backup provider with a few weird things

1) Irish channels (RTE, Virgin Media, TG4, etc) with reliable catchup/timeshift/replay. I think xcodes called it timeshift. Basically I want to rewind live TV easily and watch back shows (7 days is the usual).
2) A great (huge even) selection of 24/7 channels, especially for kids stuff. I DON'T want VODs, just the 24/7. There's a massive difference between just sticking on the Peppa Pig channel for the toddler versus looking for an episode!
