Movies/VOD and international channels are much lower priority.

• Watching on Homatics/Android TV
• Using Tivimate
• UK based
  
  • Offer servers as close to the UK as possible
• Need minimal buffering and downtime

Live TV

• 4K/UHD channels
  
  • UK Channels are a priority
• High quality consistent feeds for live sports, specifically pay-per-view boxing
  
  • Usually experience heavy buffering during title fights, do not want this
• No need for thousands of channels and categories, seniors will be using the app

VOD/Catch-up

• A large library of VOD series and movies is a must
• Major bonus for a large selection of 4K movies
• A priority on UK and US TV series would be ideal
• Robust subtitles for foreign language films
• Good rips! 540p with a jank codec doesn't cut it

• Free trials preferred
• Will purchase a paid trial for an outstanding service

- Native 1080p 60fps streams, 4K is nice but not necessary
