It will definitely be an alignment issue.

I'm getting them at 81% signal on an 80cm dish in SE England.

Check your LNB skew is dead straight too.

Yep. Skew is at 0 degrees when the motor is at complete zero.

Getting 97% SNR on Al Jazeera HD on 19.2e, and over 90% on other channels including the Sky Sport DE ones.

UPDATE:

I've gone back to the Dark Motor after doing a bit of modification to the brackets with an angle grinder, so the nuts no longer get jammed:

However, no matter which dish I use, I've now completely lost Astra Services 1–5 on both the VU+ Uno 4K SE and the Viark Sat 4K.

I've tried the 80cm dish with the Technomate LNB, and I've also put the 1m dish back on, but I can't seem to tune those services in anymore.

The strange thing is that my arc is pretty much solid all the way from 15°W to 42°E, so I'm not sure why or how this has happened.

I'll probably wait until the NFL season starts before worrying about it too much, but it does seem really odd that they've suddenly disappeared when everything else across the arc is working normally.
Do yourself a favour mate replace those motor elevation bracket washers with 25mm M8 repair/penny washers dish to motor tube washers too. Screwfix or ebay will have them.

Basically doing so increases the clamping forces and reduces the risk of the wind taking the whole setup out of alignments during storms.

Pet hate of mine seeing washers like that used.

You mean these ones?

The washers are built into the nut, and are not separate.

You can still put a 25mm washer under there, and im also refering to the washers on the four bolts on the bracket you had the angle grinder on.
Gonna be a right div here, but could you point out exactly when you're referring to please? I'm proper confused 😕
