In order to help you better (if someone can) please provide more information:

1) What box do you have?
2) How are you trying to access your box? FTP via Filezilla?
3) What username and Password?
4) Are you taking about Paradox for the firestick? as this section is for Satellite boxes

sorry paradox for andriod box it asks for username and password its over my head

You need to register on the blackbox forum site Login
The username and password you use to register on the web site is then also used to register paradox on your android box.
