Roku3 iptv loading issue

My disabled sister has a Roku 3 and is using it for iptv
When she turns it on it can take 20 min before she is able to watch anything she upgraded her internet to fibre and is getting 20mb and the Roku is connected via Ethernet
Any help much appreciated

Is it with m3u playlist player? , if so the rokus are terrible for iptv via m3u , slow to the point I got rid of mine

Yes think it is so another provider or ask for in a different format
