Root password for Zgemma h2s on vix

Anyone know how to crack the root password as my supplier has suddenly gone quiet and I am trying to get an IPTV sub installed

have you tried the defaults? root and root

Yes mate - supplier must have put a password on it and now won't reply to my request

Password come's up on putty when the script you are trying to run is wrong

Sorry doesn't make any sense to me - I am just putting IP address in and selecting telnet followed by open and then root as log in and then it requests a password

if the box has been password protected by his supplier of the box, he will never get into root. There used to be a plugin that you could run to change the root password but I can not remember its name :(
