hi all just done the 0000 and s/w update could you please tell me how long this takes as it still doing somethink after 10 min it might be funny to you but never had a kryptview before so does this check take some time thanks all

it would depend on if you have an internet connection and using a frmware before the last one.

would normally only take a few mins total from download unpack and install of update so if its been over 10 mins not going to work.

1st to check is that ur internet connection is working and ensure that the LAN cable is connected to the box.

if this is a new box then it will require a manual flash with latest firmware first of all using a LT/ PC with a serial cable all software and firmware required will be available from the download section.

once this has been done any subsequent firmware releases will be able to then be installed using menu option.:yes!:
