same sv7 problem as a lot of other people i guess

hi everyone, just got the sv7 but i seem to be in the same problem area as most other newbies. got carling version 3 from elsewhere but won't open, says it is a ups file which nothing seems to recognise or consequently open and can't get advice anywhere.i used to use eurovox and knew them inside out pretty much but i am totally new to this, so if anyone is in the mood for being pestered into helping you are most welcome.

do you mean 1.03 you have,as it is copied onto usb stick having been formatted to fat32 first,have you read the stickies in the starview section to guide you,if file is compressed it will need winrar or winzip to extract first before it goes on usb stick.
