Hi
just wondered ? If after installing iptv on tv
can you install your m3u on a device ie ipad etc to watch or view in another country and how please?
like viewing on holiday?not sure is it called viewing remotely

It depends on the service. Normally you will have a URL for the playlist, the URL can be used by a smart TV and the same URL can be used by an app such as GSE IPTV on your iPad. If you have downloaded the playlist, the same principle applies.

Has you suppler provided your with a playlist URL which probably looks like http://domain.xxx:9999/get.php?username=xxxx&password=xxxx&type=m3u_plus&output=ts

i've tried recent suppliers on trial , & they have been very good & helpful
but your advice has probably answered my question
looks like once provided with a url , i guess if loaded to another device i would be able to travel & use elsewhere

As long as you have the URL you can enter it into say Perfect Player if you are using Android, GSE IPTV on iOS or VLC on Windows. Phone, tablet, laptop, etc., whatever you travel with.
