Scrambled Channel no Video kryptview

Just got the Kryptview a780 set it all up to my area and got it all working.rebooted everything after updating.
Channels all seem to stay on for no more than 10 minutes then start the scrambled message and finally stay on it leading to me
rescanning.Am i missing something or is this the norm i am in Dundee.
 
Sounds like you are loosing your internet connection to the box.

Are you using a WIFI Bridge as some people have reported problems
with them ?

Or Homeplugs or straight network cable between router and the box ?

May just be a faulty cable

Give us some more info on your set up and we will try and
get you up and running :)
 
Hi i am using straight network cable between router and the box,thought it might be cable have ordered new one will let you no
how i get on when it arrives.
