So I have been trying for literally hours at this point and still no luck. The Virgin cable is in the RF port and everything else is normal as I had it on the Satellite box. But even after I put in the Northern Ireland network ID and disable tuner A, still don't get any channels, just keeps saying that service is unavailable check tuner config. Channels were working fine on default factory build open ATV but got the issue when flashed it for Sucumnsee image. Any idea what else could possibly be the problem to get this to work

Oh yeah completely forgot about this. Yeah got it sorted, don't ask me how though, absolutely no idea what I done when fidgeting around with it.
