Trying on a firestick which as we know doesn't support firestick.

Ive only tried it on chrome browser not the app using ipvanish pakistan theres a subscribe button top right of the page then gives yoo monthly yearly to sub click on the sub option gives you dofferent ways ti pay including google pay

Spfl can be watched for free in English on the starzplay mena fast channels. Its on a channel called wedo sports. Currently showing live Scottish football. I'm not sure of an app but I'm sure there is one somewhere.

I just checked the myco app and If you search for premier league tv in the app there's a load of videos but the 4th one down is the live stream. They just removed it from there home screen. My links I posted earlier also up and running.
