There's a channel called one Africa tv that broadcasts out of Namibia. Similar to k24 from Kenya they have the 3pm sub Saharan game on a Saturday with original commentary but they don't have a region lock on it. It was Bournemouth v Everton today. The link has a session id on it but I can just refresh the link half an hour before match starts on a Saturday and it will play fine. Channel added to playlist but you'll need to update your playlist a few mins before kick off to get my change other wise your watching a replay of last week's game.
Can be watched in browser here also.

There is another app on the Google play store called "mtn tv by afromobile" from Uganda.
When you download the app it will ask you to sign in with your mtn mobile number. Just click other ways to sign in and click watch without signing in and they have 2 channels nbs sport 1 and 2 that show the premier League @ 3pm on a Saturday and also have fa cup rights. English commentary on football. Available on mobile and android tv.
