Cable Set up problems

Hi guys having a nightmare here with my zgemma h1 on Virgin I have checked everything all the wires swapped old for new and still getting tuner failed on about 20 channels I have a TiVo box in a other room and that's fine I have the right net Id could it be my tuner setting qam setting etc help please guys

Vix I think not 100% and I am using auto bouquets pick up 376channels sky sports and movies etc 98% signal ?

What channels are missing failed.
To find out what image go to menu/information/ about . what version
 
Pick itv3 gold gold plus 1 very low signal racing uk low signal 5 plus 1 and a few more

Have you any idea what frequency these channels are actually on if they are in the low 100mhz frequency this would point to maybe a low signal issue, you have to consider that you already have a Tivo box and Cable broadband on the line and now your splitting the cable again to enable another cable device, which could be lowering your signal strength even further.

Just as a test can you take the Tivo box out of the loop and just have the Cable router and Zgemma attached to the splitter and try again, Also make sure all your cable connections are tight on any inputs and splitter
 
227mhz frequency and the others in there 100mhz I have a cable box down stairs and 2boxes up stairs and a cable modem

with the amount of VM products you have sounds very much like a Low signal issue as introducing a 4th item would indeed probably need a slight signal increase something which VM them selves do on an official visit if required.

I would be inclined to take out all of the receivers (Official) and then try the modem with just the Zgemma if all is ok add each official box back one at a time until you start having problems
 
Never had a problem before with any channels but will give that ago [emoji106]
