sf8008 stopped on boot

good evening:n i faced an problem with amentioned set

i tried to install an backup but the resutl stopped so no any action

when i put usb the set stopping on updt

so if i remove the usb it stop on boot

please guide me to solve the problem .. with many thanks

Do you mean your trying to reflash the device from a backup file you created via USB?

but now the problemn is tuner it is poweroff

and i changed the image but found the tuner is not working ...

You need to check your tuner configurations for a signal and that the tuner is set to the correct satellite position. i.e 28.2 Astra, 13.0 Hotbird etc. Check your cabling and sat alignment.
