Sharing HDD between two Zgemma h2s's

I am planning on getting a 2nd Zgemma h2s (box 2) in the next week or so and plan for it to use the hdd on my existing zgemma h2s (box 1) over the network. Does anyone know, if on box 1 I store my epg etc on the hdd, can I share it with box 2? or am I better off keeping it as it is now on box 1 with epg and timeshift being on a usb stick and doing the same on box 2 with both boxes downloading their own epg data.

Think your better of putting epg and time shift on second box with a small USB that's the way mine is set up and just use main hdd for recordings works with no problem
