Should I Use Starview 7 firmware?

My box seems to be working. Is it necessary for me to download and install the new software Carling 1.02?

I thought that SV6 used Carling 1.01 and SV7 used Carling 1.02??

The reason why i asked was because if everything is working why would there be a new release in firmware?
Is it for something i dont have?

Guess what?

Carling 1.02 is the exact same file as Carling 1.01.

Don't know why someone has decided to rename the file giving the impression that this is a new file specifically for Starview 7.
