sky and virgin catchup

Query a customer is having issues with catchup services on sky and virgin [ assuming he meant channels ] ?

He is using an old Sky+ hd box and told he has to upgrade to SKY Q FOR FREE?

so it will be a new dish and lnb and no idea yet on any other box there.

Are there other platforms out there unknown to me for these as dont want to mention android

Just tell him to ask them to fit a Hybrid LNB then he can run what he wants from the dish.

If they wont tell him to fit a Hybrid LNB himself when they have gone, this will cover skyQ as well as the SKY HD box.

Yes been told and thinking about it as kids are kids and want to view.

I did wonder if they would add a new install of new dish and sky Q lnb but sky can be fussy
