I find it's only when they're downloading games/updates that the speeds get sapped, we get about 50mbps and a ps4, ps5 and iptv run fine at the same time.

Xbox 360 is from two generations ago. Game downloads are huge in comparison to what they used to be. 31Mbps with low latency is fine for playing, but you'll be waiting forever to download most games with that speed, especially when shared.

Yeah downloading is slow especially if kids are downloading off steam on pc but where I live there in middle of installing virgin/city fibre so will be switching once available just a shame open reach won’t replace the copper underground in my area
