if you have a line on it then update channel list
if it still shows scrambled then reboot router and box by unplugging from wall ,then plug router in and wait for it to connect to the net then plug box back in
Make sure you got wifi/ethernet is conected to the internet first on your box in network settings before you think your lines not working, my network cable had come loose on the back of my box and lost a lot of time working it out
If youre using a wifi connection, make sure theres no other units in close proximity. I had an issue and found out the cordless Dtect phone was causing the proble, moved the phone base and resolved my issue.
