skybox f3 got a pin code

Hi my friend has a f3 box and she wants it child friendly and delete some channels from it but when she enters the menu she is asked for a pin code which she doesn't know.
What would be the best way to enter the box and still keep her gift she has on the box please?

in parental control its definately 0000 unless your c/s as locked all box

I do think he has so no 1 can mess about with it .

If you reflash the box, you will definately lose the gift.

Was the gift bought separately from the box, or was it pre-installed?

Is the "Tools > Dump by USB" menu also PIN protected?

not sure if this is much help but you could download a channel list which excludes the adult channels

Hi it was pre installedon her box,yes it is protected as soon as I enter a option.
