Skybox f3 sky sports not working

good afternoon to you all,

first time poster. i have tried every frequency under the sun to install sky sports. was working in july, but went on holiday and didnt come back until mid september when i found out it wasnt working. everything else works, all bt sports all other programs, i have no sky programes (sky sports, sky movies etc.)

could someone please help me out?
