Hello how do i download onto my usb please?

Download file you want to load--open it--format your usb key to FAT32 then drag your file/or send to usb----put key into box and upgrade.
Simples.

Reaper trying to load line onto F5 box manually but cant find = symbol on remote. Any ideas? Tried by usb but didnt have any luck Having bad day! Tia slider
