Skybox f5s cant find cline file on usb drive

Im trying to install a cline on my skybox f5s but I cant enter it manually so I need to use usb. When I plugged it in I did what loads of tutorials said and went to NETWORK LOCAL->CAMDS SETUP-> CCCAM CLIENT SETUP->UPDATE BY USB->CCCAM.CFG->GREEN BUTTON->YELLOW BUTTON. Then it just says "No New Account Found"

you have to format the usb before you put the file on it

why cant u put it in manually?what error are u getting?

I cant put it in manually because the link contains a / and : but these arent in the remote and I cant find how to use an on screen keyboard. The error is “No New Account Found”.
