Skybox f5s - Remote control not working - light flashes

Hi all,

My F5s remote control stopped working. When I press a button, the red light on the remote just flashes repeatedly and doesn't stop flashing unless I remove the battery. And it doesnt actually do anything.
Any ideas what the issue could be or how to fix it?

My remote also did that but i was unable to solve problem. Please let me know if you manage to fix issue.

No remote needed or try new batteries

I use an app on my phone called SURE universal remote, set it all up and it works for my box

Just buy a new remote

Just a thought. If you have a mobile phone with a camera on it. Look through the camera screen. Press one button at a time. If there is no flashing on the remotes little bulb you need a new remote. You can't see the flashing with the naked eye. But you can through a digital camera lens.
