Sly Q loading sign

I'm looking for some advise with my new IPTV sub. I currently see the sly Q sign appear on the top left of the screen every 2-3 mins on all channels. I've read that it could be something to do with low memory or time shift settings? Can anyone please help as its really annoying.

You can turn off the spinner, but that doesn't fix the problem
