Im trying to install the latest slyk skin to my brand new zGemma H2S box. Im following the guidelines on his site, I have changed 'Show bouquet on launch' from 'no' to 'yes'. I have downloaded the toppicks-v2.zip file and used FTP to put them into the script folder (which i had to create in the 'usr' folder because it didnt exist) and changed their permissions but when i try the next step in his guideline the 'slyk-1-hd' folder doesnt exist in the suggested place?

Could some please help and advise me what im doing wrong?

You still need to download his skin. When you say no usr folder do you mean script folder?

You should have had the usr directory as standard what image are you using?
