Smart iptv app issue

I have 2 subs running on a Samsung and LG smart tv using smart iptv . Past few days the app is failing to move from the loading stage to the channels for both TV's. Does anyone know what the issue could be and advise of any solutions?

have you removed unwanted apps as space could be an issue.

have you spoke to your provider?

Smart iptv is forever losing playlists and if he has huge vod collection that can cause it aswell as mentioned remove any unwanted apps to clear cache turn TV off even at socket leave it 5 mins then power back on ask your supplier if he's saving playlist online and get him to resend the playlist to tv
