Smart IPTV on 2nd TV

Hi there

I have Smart IPTV installed and paid on my main tv. It is a wired connection to router. I want to use a 2nd tv with wireless connection.

After installing the app on 2nd TV, i have the "you have 7 days to activate" screen. The MAC address is very different to that of the wired main tv.

2 questions - do i need to pay for one off install on the 2nd tv for the app.
And also, do i just give my siptv provider the 2nd Mac address to get channel feeds? I understand i can have on more than one device but only use one at a time, which suits me fine

Hi mate.

Yes, you should be able to do as you state. One thing to think about, is if you use wireless on the new tv and pay for the app, you will not be able to use wired on the smartiptv app, as you will then need to purchase a new activation for this... A bit like MAG boxes with wifi/ethernet...
