Smart iptv Url Error but getting fav channels

Hi i have smart iptv installed but catagories want come up except my favourites and url error ,the channels in favourites play but those are the only categories that show up

I've tried resetting router I've reset the playlist but nothing's working
 
Hi I add something similar a few weeks ago URL error Samsung tv, contacted my iptv supplier was ok at their end I tried file on my pc through VLC player no problem was a problem with app look on smart iptv app page (News) see if theirs any issues.
Meanwhile download ur m3u file in your browser and upload it to your smart iptv app it should work then swap over to external link when or if any app issues are resolved?
