Mine was working fine before move to x ciptv , your best bet is to contact supplier or before that delete app and reinstall it, reenter url user and password!!

Any body having issues with epg not loading on smarters app?

is epg working on other devices, Zegemma h2h for example. I have branded iptv smarters from iptv supplier it won't update epg but if I use iptv smarters pro it does update epg.
