Smarters Pro App - Issue

Facing major buffering issues, I decided to do a speed check both on my android box and the Smarters Pro App. The pro version has speedtest as an option on settings.

When I tested on the Smarters pro app, my speed was 10x slower than the speed being shown on my android box, yet the app is merely an extension of the box.

Can anyone help?

Is the speed tests done on WiFi or ethanet try a reboot of router apps don't give exact speeds and should run at least 3 speed tests

The seped test as carried out with an ethanet connection. The issue is as soon as I come out of the app the speed goes up x 10. It's only the app that is slowing the speed down. Normally you'd find the box to be slow, but the box is fine.
