SMS Settings in Oppo A16S

Hi all

I have an Oppo A16s (cheap n cheerful) and have 2 sims installed.

Lebara and Lyca.

When I inserted the Lebara Sim I am sure the phone setting were updated automatically with the relevant SMS, APN, Mms, MCC setting etc and texting seems t work no probs.

With the Lyca mobile I can't send text and cannot find within the phone where to enter the right settings or what they are, any help/advice would be much appreciated, thank you.

Do you not have sim management on your phone my s23 ultra is dual sim and you can select what each sim can do.
For example I have sim 1 set to calls and texts and sim 2 set for data
