Software issue zgemma H3.2TC

Hello Can anyone help please. My Zgemma has been running fine with Wooshbuild infinity for a long time. Last week it froze. I rebooted and it did not work. I have since reflashed numerous times. First off all it would not find any transmittors.

I have since been reflashing online and factory reset but it just keep coming up with a software crash. I can't get it to boot from a usb and it is not finding any backups. It flashes the images, takes me through the setup then crashes and won't let me put in my postcode for my local area.

Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do please?

Ignore that, it doesn't apply to your box, just click enter and carry on

Thanks for your help guys. It seemed to download fine but I'm still having issues getting the channels I want on the epg properly and having a flawless service. I only use it for freeview so I don't know if that's part of the problem. Doesn't help that my internet is so slow at the moment.
