Sound but no picture

Can anybody help
we have a zgemma h2s box all set up no probs but now lost picture on film sports and ppv channels but have sound
can anyone help or advise on how to get picture back all other channels are fine

Same problem with a SAMSUNG 4K TV.....

Picture OK on freeview channels like BBC HD, ITV HD etc but sound out of Sync.

NO picture on premium channels but there is sound.

Would HDMI 2.0 sort this out?

Using ZGEMMA H2S with single feed / tuner. Re-flashed, rebooted with different resolutions too 720 / 1080 etc

Any help would be appreciated.
 
sounds like an hdmi cec problem try unplug box an tv wait couple mins reboot both might clear it also check in settings video what output got it set to sky broadcast in 1080i , try another hdmi lead ,socket on tv,check anything else plugged i.e dvd player etc they working ok via hdmi rule out fault with tv,try plug box into another tv an if all that fails burn the box lol
 
To rule out the tv borrow another from friend. Take your box around to his house. If this fails do not do what jonstanns said just post it to me. :)
 
Hi guys

I have the same issue on a zgemma h2h. I get sound on all channels but no picture. The menu can be seen The only channels that get picture are FTA HD channels for both sky and VM. The rest just get sound I have tried different hdmi leads. I changed different av settings. I have tried different original boxes sky + and VM box and also tried openbox v8s and they are fine and work so it's not a signal issue. The lines are on line and cam is up.
Can anyone help me or had similar issue? I have a LG SUHD 4K Tv if it helps.
 
I had the same issues sound with black screen and no response from the remote ,tried new batteries in remote ,new hdmi cable still nothing , in the end turned out to be the hdmi port on tv had gone somehow ,luckily had another spare port ,now all resolved
