Sound gone on starview channel

i tried the RF cable and the screen showed a picture saying my analogue tv service has come to an end?? if i use my scart all the channels are working but no sound and on RF i get that message?? volume is on full on the starview and also on the tv.

i have tried the RCA connections too but with no luck.....has anyone else had a similar problem to this??
