Thanks Tich, I don't understand your question (ZGemma Box newb here), I received my box ready to go and was fine for weeks until it went off on friday evening.
 
Your code (line ) Did you put it in the etc folder of box or Usr/ keys as they use different cams or did you get your box with line included
 
May i suggest you have a back up of the line( in case something goes wrong) Have you got Ts panel or dream explorer on your box ?
 
If you open up Ts panel > Files Explore then press etc folder See if you can see CCcam .cfg and press that you may see your line in there if not Go down to USR folder then Keys folder then newcamd list file
Make sure you write the line exactly how its written including spaces Keep this safe just let me know where you found your line
 
can you run a network test to make sure that is working ok on box if thats ok go to CCcam info >servers and see if its green and server details are showing

Network test working ok, when I click on servers I get a red box with : X Error reading webpage!
 
If you have Mg camd and CCcam in softcam manager go to Plugins Press red on remote (remove plugins) softcams remove Mg 1.38 Then go back to softcams and restart CCcam
