Hi all
Really need help please. On firestick 4k trying to configure st bemu but when I come out of app I cannot go back in. A blue screen comes up saying to look at the wiki page on how to configure profile. The only way to get back onto the app is to clear data.
Anyone seen this before?

When on that screen press 3 lines on your remote mate

usually you have a version of stb pro thats not compatable with firestick 4k or firetv 4k cube etc. use the version in another thread here. Any version below 1.1.9.0 will not open.
I use 1.1.8 on 4k stick opens and works and a couple other versions

North american 4k sticks would not allow permission with early versions. Always best to stay as current as you can with these versions as media players are fixed and added . I have viewed some older versions that the audio was out of sink by 10 seconds. The last two versions use exo as the default and added vlc to the list.

If you have more than one profile setup then it's probably jumping to another that hasnt been setup for anything, press 3 lines on remote select settings at top then go into profiles you want just 1 there if it's just one provider.

After reading all the above posts, I thought I'd better check which versions the three 4k firesticks I have.
Although all working fine I was quite isurprised to see that they were all on 1.1.6
I went into stb settings highlighted updates then went into show available updates as first picture, press ok, which then brings up a blank screen until i clicked show ignore updates , then press ok, which then brought up updated list as second picture. Hard press on install which will then load the update as picture three.
I've also used this method on second generation firesticks.
